Fortunately for you that we were able to track this vital fat-burning info down.
But more on that later. You can click here if you absolutely cannot wait.
Remember… you didn’t hear this from us.
Now, back to the article.
Spirituality is a critical part of life. It helps us cope with life’s challenges, find meaning and purpose, and share feelings with others.
However….
It can be problematic to find the time or energy to keep our spiritual practice alive and well.
If you desire peace in your life and to reconnect with your higher self, here are tips to help you on your spiritual journey.
1. Why spirituality is important

Spirituality (or inner energy)is a significant part of life. It helps you to be more aware of your surroundings and encourages personal growth.
According to the Canadian Virtual Hospice, “Healthy spirituality gives a sense of peace, wholeness and balance among the physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of our lives.
Basically, without our spiritual aspect, we would either be unfeeling automatons, or psychos.
(I am fairly certain there are individuals in our dear population that fit into those two camps.)
It can help you to find peace in your life and make life a little easier.
This brought up a monumental memory from my past…
When I was going through a heart-wrenching divorce. Tempers got the best of both of us. I also know the areas where I allowed lower self to dominate.
Potentially beautiful moments were ruined…
In order to endure and sort out the regret…
Every morning, I took the time to center myself and recharge my spirit.
There were numerous moments when I thought of suicide (Lower self).
There were countless times I just wanted to run a simple errand, when those horrid thoughts assailed me.
But I always re-centered and reconnected with my higher self before any damage was done.
And yes, there were stacks of days when I questioned if I could make it another 24 hours.
I started living my life second by second.
It made me more appreciative of life.
I did this through my relationship with the Creator.
Which brings us to the next point:
There are many different ways to practice spirituality.
According to Happierhuman.com:
“Being spiritual can mean different things to different people. For some, spirituality can be related to religion and even (a) higher power. For others, it can be a non-religious experience such as connecting with nature, art, yoga, meditation, etc.”
And the perfect way to find what works for you is to try them all and see which one benefits you the most.
It’s similar to being a child when trying unfamiliar foods for the first time.
(Even as an adult, for that matter).
Now, I don’t want anyone getting bent out of shape, because I compared our spiritual journeys to feeding our faces.
Hear me out.
Even when cooks prepare a so-called “simple dish”… it’s never just one ingredient.

Same with things of the Spirit.
For something to taste good or to be in balance, layers of seasoning must be used.
Similar to subtle shades of meaning in supposedly “simple” statements.
Hmm, maybe I should say “should be used” not everyone knows how to prepare a meal.
Anyways….
When you haven’t tried something before (this could be food or different spiritual pathways), it’s vital to approach with an open mind.
One thing we have to keep in the forefront is that we are all mere children – when it comes to things of the spirit.
Most critical of all…
“Spiritual health includes a purposeful life, transcendence and actualization of different dimensions and capacities of human beings. Spiritual health creates a balance between physical, psychological and social aspects of human life.” – Journal of Medical Ethics and History of Medicine
Always seek to improve and to love more. Even when you think you’ve arrived at your peak, strive to greater heights.
Speaking of love, self-love is paramount.
What goes alongside loving yourself is making sure your body is at peak performance.
Lean Belly is here to help serve you on this journey.
All you gotta do is wake up, and make this (necessary) product part of your daily regimen. Fat cells will bite the dust while boosting your belly fat-burning capacity up to 400%.
It’s endorsed by over 200 research studies and it’s so potent, that the medical community and big pharma are trying to suppress it.

Now that we have set the foundation, the next step must be met:
2. How to start your spiritual journey
According to Chopra.com, “it begins with a call to adventure is the spark that triggers a spiritual awakening. Every life has a moment, if seized, that will change that life forever.”
Once you have found yourself on a spiritual journey, it is important to remember that it is often uncomfortable.
I believe it’s similar to activating and unused muscle.
Do you recall that scene from the first Matrix movie, when Neo complained about pain in his eyes?
I will never forget Morphius’ reply…

It is not something that you can just do once and neglect. You must keep practicing.
(Like a sport that you are obsessed with).
keep learning, and keep expanding. This is why you should start your spiritual journey with these 10 tips:
Understand the difference between spirituality and religion
Be honest with yourself
Be willing to put in the work.
Be open to the unknown
Be patient with yourself
Be kind to yourself
Be kind to others
Be aware of your thoughts
Be open to change
Be grateful
And so the journey begins…
3. How to remain spiritual

It is chief to remain spiritual (or to retain your edge) because spirituality is a dynamic force in the world.
Think about it….
Who wants a dull sword? What can an un-sharpened blade do for a warrior amid battle, besides get them killed?
And believe me there is a spiritual war happening all around us.
So, our spirits must remain at their peak in strength.
And this powerful force is tested every day: That irritating driver in front of you who is constantly brake checking; That person taking forever to order at your favorite restaurant, all meant to strengthen your resolve.
Also being as truthful as possible is essential in maintaining spiritual prowess: “In order to achieve a higher state of spirituality, the aura needs to be as clean as possible,” says Kadeem Alston-Roman, a spiritual advisor and co-founder of Full Force Wellness.
Of course, when you’re able to consistently grow in strength, peace is the next step.
4. How to find peace
Peace.
It is critical to know what it is and how to obtain it. Peace is also a mark of maturity. It’s not a problem-free life but a life of calm despite the turmoil around you.
You don’t allow drama to rule you. That gossip or slander isn’t acknowledged. Sleep comes easier; you’re filled with energy the next morning and you treat others with compassion.
Think of it as consistently practicing Tai Chi. The slow and relaxed movements are designed to create harmony…peace.
As the negative energy assails you, keep your mindset aimed at using whatever comes your way to help you.
Everything is meant for your good.
According to the Kentucky Counseling Center, “Inner peace is defined as the state of physical and spiritual calm despite many stressors. Finding your peace of mind means attaining happiness, contentment, and bliss no matter how difficult things get in your life.”
Just picture that popular slogan: Lama don’t want no drama.
Setting boundaries is vital and that’s what the statement above is hinting at.
Make it crystal clear that you will not sink to their level.
